CONCACAF and QUOIKOS Present Gold Cup 2015 T-Shirt Design Competition

Miami, FL (Tuesday, May 19, 2015) – The Confederation of North, Central America and Caribbean Association Football (CONCACAF) and QUOIKOS, an interactive artistic platform, presented today an open competition to design the Gold Cup 2015 T-shirt.

The contest, offering a $4000 cash prize to the winner, challenges fans and artists alike to create a T-shirt design for the highly anticipated Gold Cup 2015, to be played in July of this year in 14 stadiums and 13 cities across the United States and Canada.
 
The “Gold Cup 2015 T-Shirt” challenge is open to everyone.  The winner will receive the first produced T-Shirt in addition to the cash prize.

Taking place every two years, the Gold Cup is the official national team championship of the region, routinely drawing capacity crowds and millions of television viewers across the region.
 
Featuring the highest-level players from across the confederation, the tournament includes the three previous Gold Cup champions – Canada (1 Gold Cup), Mexico (6), and the U.S. (5) – as well as the top finishers from the most recent Central American and Caribbean championship tournaments.
 
The twelve competing national teams have already qualified for this year’s tournament.  Canada, Costa Rica, Cuba, El Salvador, Guatemala, Haiti, Honduras, Jamaica, Mexico, Panama, Trinidad & Tobago and the United States, in alphabetical order, will compete for the Confederation Crown this July.
