MEXICO CITY – Mexico named a 19-man roster Wednesday for an international friendly against the host United States on April 15 in San Antonio, Texas.
The entirely domestic-based squad features a trio of players from both Cruz Azul and Monterrey, highlighted by La Maquina’s Francisco Javier Rodriguez, who has made appearances in each of the last three FIFA World Cups.
Queretaro midfielder Mario Osuna, 26, received his first-ever national team call-up.
