MEXICO CITY – Head coach Miguel Herrera announced Wednesday a 25-man roster for Mexico’s international friendlies in the United States later this month against Ecuador (March 28 in Los Angeles) and Paraguay (March 31 in Kansas City, Missouri).
The selection consists of 14 players from Liga MX sides and 11 with European clubs, including midfielder Hector Herrera. In seven UEFA Champions League games this season for FC Porto, the 24-year-old has scored three goals, including one in a 4-0 Round of 16 victory over Basel on March 10.
