CONCACAF unveils new Gold Cup logo
MIAMI - Honoring the legacy and brand integrity of previous iterations, CONCACAF unveiled on Monday a new Gold Cup logo that combines a modern font package with an emphasis on a more robust golden schematic and treatment. It is intended to symbolize the tournament's growth and illustrate the esteem of the Confederation as a whole. Also, included in the design, is the iconic CONCACAF pinwheel, which is meant to recognize the contributions of all involved in the organization.
The Gold Cup is the region's top national team competition, routinely drawing capacity crowds and millions of television viewers.
Featuring the confederation's best players, the tournament is contested every two years by the top 12 nations.
