The Gold Cup, in 2013, will return to CenturyLink for the third time. The facility also has been the site of games involving the U.S. national team and friendlies such as Manchester United-Celtic FC (2003), Chelsea-Celtic FC (2004), Mexico-China (2008), Brazil-Canada (2008), Seattle-Sounders-Manchester United (2011) and Seattle Sounders-Chelsea (2012).
